Ari
I'm a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor who found my passion after dealing with a lower back injury that just wouldn’t go away—until I discovered Pilates. It was the only thing that truly helped me heal and move without pain. Now, I use Pilates to stay strong, protect my joints, and move in a way that feels good. My approach is all about being kind to your body while still challenging yourself: physically and mentally. I want you to feel strong, capable, and connected every time you move.

Cristal
A proud Dominican and Nicaraguan passionate about movement, healing, and growth. I LOVE teaching Vinyasa yoga and Pilates—both help me tap into my inner power and guide others to do the same. My yoga journey began after a knee injury, and through breath and flow, I discovered incredible strength and transformation. Pilates has deepened that connection, helping me stay strong, grounded, and inspired. Whether I’m upside down in an inversion or dancing to Spanish music, I move with heart. I’m here to help others move, breathe, and grow into their most empowered selves.

Danielle
I’m Danielle, a Miami native who recently returned home after 11 years away and I’m so grateful to be joining the Soulates community.
My yoga journey started early when my mom first taught me how to use breath to manage math test anxiety, and it eventually grew into a dedicated practice and teaching path beginning in 2018. During a difficult time in high school, I took my first Vinyasa class at the YMCA—an experience that moved me deeply and showed me the healing power of simply coming back to the breath and the body.
In my classes, I hope to help you move with more awareness, explore your body in new ways, and leave feeling grounded, open, and full-hearted.
